My room was clean. The beds felt very cosy. The all-inclusive option included breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were two pools, one with activities and one. Laundry service was available for a small fee.
The bar staff were sometimes unfriendly.

The apartment was AMAZING!!! The bedding and towels were fresh and provided when needed. The air con worked GREAT, as did the fridge and freezer.
I found the food unimaginative. The cleanliness around the pool was not ALWAYS great.

The staff were fantastic and so friendly! they made sure we were all set for dinner. the rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were large and cosy! there was a great choice of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I always found something tasty. the pools were nice!

The food selection had great variety to suit every palate and the hotel offered themed nights. I particularly enjoyed the arabic night! the drinks were amazing!!! the all-inclusive option had great value.

the hotel is close to shops and a waterpark. the apartments are close to the dunes and provide an excellent base for visiting the entire island! i found the location very convenient.
